Student Engagement in Student Support System Reform: A Case Study

Educational evaluation involves data collection and the analysis of various education-related factors to make decisions that improve educational quality. Systematic is essential for enhancing quality education. This study reports a case student-conducted process medical school’s student support system procedure devising improvement plans. Sixteen Inje University College Medicine students participated in Education Evaluation Committee (IUCM-EEC) understand as learners actively achieve improvement. The Quality Improvement (IUCM-QIC) decided reform its based on previous 2019. was conducted 10 months 2021 by subcommittee, under guidance IUCM-EEC. CIPP (context-input-process-product) model used systematic evaluation. Accordingly, subcommittee developed criteria indicators, analyzed relevant collected from surveys literature. For further recommendations revision ideas, members interviewed faculty six other schools also focus group interview with dean vice deans IUCM. Finally, submitted report IUCM-QIC. Communication stakeholders successful process. In this case, students, key education, evaluated system. Their active participation helped their understanding
